Mindful Comic: Heat & Peace

sinistmerI participated in a comics workshop where we did short diary comics where we focused on a thought of the day/mindful moment. I'm quite please with the result. I've added the panel text below in case you can't read my writing.
Panel 1 text: The earlier part of the week was very hot and stressful.
Panel #2: Today I'm grateful for cooler weather on my walk.
Panel #3: I just wish I felt at peace more of the time.
