Newest Inktober! The prompt I used as inspiration was "knot". I ended up liking it more than I expected, but I'm coming to the conclusion that I rely on colors to make my art look good. The scratchiness/shakiness works, I think, for the piece, but, yeah, my inking skills could use some work.

I think pics like this could be even starker and spookier with more black, like with the bindings and such! That way you thematically tie the tears to the fetters!

Ooo, that could work! I also thought about making the background black and leaving the bindings white and coloring the sword and and her hair.
